Scott Adams, the creator of the popular comic strip Dilbert, has appealed to former U.S. President Donald Trump for urgent help in receiving life-saving cancer treatment. Adams, who revealed earlier this year that he has metastatic prostate cancer that has spread to his bones, said on X that although his healthcare provider Kaiser Permanente Northern California has approved his application for the newly FDA-approved prostate-cancer drug Pluvicto, the treatment has not yet been scheduled.

According to him, the delay in arranging the IV infusion is jeopardizing his health, and he fears he may not survive without prompt action. Adams stated that he is “declining fast” and plans to ask Trump to intervene so Kaiser can schedule the treatment immediately, adding that while Pluvicto is not a cure, it has shown positive results in extending and improving the lives of many patients.
