Cheo Zorrilla died: Dominican Composer and Singer, Cheo Zorrilla died on 8 June 2025 after suffering a stroke at the age of 75. His death confirmed by Valerio de León.
He born on February 17, 1950, in Tamayo, Bahoruco province and full name was Eliseo Zorrilla Gómez. He was intrested in music at the early age. 
He was trumpet player in his town’s local band at the age of 13. His popular songs are Apocalypse, When each January is born, With broken wings, Men of rage cry, My skin dried up, Such a lover, But you arrived, In me, there is no more love and My beloved Cyrene. first Place in the National Song Festival won by him with “Sembrador”.
