Claude Poissant died: Canadian actor and theatre director Claude Poissant died on 6 June 2025 at the age of 69 from heart complication.
He born on 24 October 1955 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He directed Théâtre Denise-Pelletier and L’Orangeraie.
He also worked as screenwriter in Nelligan film released 1991, starring Marc Saint-Pierre, Luc Morissette, Lorraine Pintal, Gabriel Arcand, and David La Haye, directed by Robert Favreau and Marie-Andrée Vinet.
In 1990, he appeared in Canadian film The Party, starring Charlotte Laurier, Julien Poulin, and Gildor Roy, directed and written by Pierre Falardeau and produced by Bernadette Payeur.
He also appeared in Les Sauf-conduits (1991), Elvis Gratton II : Miracle à Memphis (1999) and Rumeurs (2002).
