When she won compitition of MTV, she entered in modeling world and worked with various bands. She signed contract with IMG Models. Legal Allegations and Public Attention
Crystal McKinney has spoken publicly and accused two famous men music star Sean “Diddy” Combs and movie producer Harvey Weinstein of sexually assaulting her. She says both incidents happened in 2003 when she was 22 years old.
Crystal McKinney says that she met Diddy at a fashion event in New York City. Diddy invited her to his studio and he gave her a joint, after using it, she was sexually assaulted.
In other case, McKinney says that she is invited by Weinstein in his hotel room. he wanted to talk about acting roles. He and his friends gave her drinks, became intoxicated, and were then sexually assaulted.
Both Diddy and Weinstein say these things did not happen.
Diddy’s lawyers say the case is too old and can’t be taken to court now (it’s past the legal time limit).
Weinstein’s lawyers say the accusations are not true and are only being made to get attention or money.
