Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2026 will be broadcast live on ABC on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, starting at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time and continuing until approximately 4:00 a.m. ET, making it the longest edition of the show in its history.
This year’s special features Ryan Seacrest returning as host from New York’s Times Square, co-hosted by Rita Ora, with additional countdowns and segments from cities across the United States including Chicago (hosted by Chance the Rapper), Las Vegas (with Rob Gronkowski and Julianne Hough), and Puerto Rico (with Roselyn Sánchez).
Viewers in the U.S. can watch the live broadcast on local ABC stations or via live TV streaming services that carry ABC, such as Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, fuboTV, Sling TV, and DirecTV Stream. For those without cable or a live streaming subscription, free trials on these platforms may be available around the holiday.
For audiences who miss the live television airing, the full show will be made available on Hulu beginning January 1, 2026, allowing viewers to stream performances and the iconic Times Square ball drop on demand.
In addition to the televised broadcast, the event is also carried live on 150+ iHeartRadio stations nationwide and streamed through the iHeartRadio app, offering audio access to the New Year’s celebration across the country.
The 2026 edition includes a star-studded lineup of performers spanning multiple cities, celebrating music and the countdown to the new year with a diverse roster of artists and co-hosts.
