Chow Chung died: Hong Kong actor Chow Chung died on 4 July 2025 at the age of 92 due to pneumonia. He was a member of the South China Film Industry Workers Union (33rd Federation). He began his career at Lan Kwong Film Co., a film production company.
He debuted in Broken Zither Bower, a 1955 historical drama film directed by Yeung Kung-Leung. In his career, he worked in around 85 films. He also worked as a manager and later joined Television Broadcasts Limited.
His last television series were Watch Out Boss and The Forgotten Valley, released in 2018. He was born on 16 September 1932 in British Hong Kong and began his career in 1955.
His popular films include the 1955 Broken Zither Bower, 1956 Flying Tigers, 1966 Lady Bond (Sung Kar-Kui), and 2008 Fatal Move (Kung).
