Kelley Mack, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1992, was raised in a supportive family where her father worked in business and her mother in real estate. She attended Hinsdale Central High School, graduating in 2010, and later earned a bachelor’s degree in cinematography from Chapman University’s prestigious Dodge College in 2014. Her passion for storytelling began early when a childhood camcorder gift ignited her love for creating stories, leading her to explore acting through commercials before transitioning into film and television.

After graduating, Kelley Mack moved to Los Angeles and built a dynamic career spanning over a decade across television, film, commercials, voice-over work, and production. She gained widespread recognition for her role as Addy in The Walking Dead (Season 9, 2018–2019), followed by appearances as Penelope Jacobs in Chicago Med (Season 8), in 9‑1‑1 (2019), and the popular podcast series The College Tapes. On the indie film front, she portrayed Alice in the psychological thriller Broadcast Signal Intrusion and starred as Wilda in the 2025 horror-comedy Delicate Arch. Kelley also lent her voice to major brands like Dr Pepper, Chick-fil-A, Dairy Queen, Ross, and Rakuten (one ad featuring her mother), and served as a voice match for Hailee Steinfeld’s Gwen Stacy in Spider‑Man: Into the Spider‑Verse. Kelley Mack – Illness & Death
In September 2024, Kelley began experiencing severe neuropathic symptoms and spinal pain. MRI scans revealed a rare diffuse midline glioma a central nervous system tumor.
Treatment resulted in loss of use of her right leg and most of the left; she used a walker and wheelchair during her final months and kept fans updated via social media.
She passed away peacefully on August 2, 2025 in Cincinnati, surrounded by her mother and aunt.
