Peter Coade’s career began in 1962, when he hired by Meteorological Service of Canada as meteorological technician, where he received the-job training in meteorology. He was posted in Truro, Goose Bay, and Toronto. He started working as broadcaster Goose Bay in 1967. He and his family moved to Toronto and he began working as spokesman. He also worked as staff weather presenter for radio station CFRB.
In 1990, he returned Halifax and worked the evening weatherman for ATV’s Live at from 1998–2007. He joined CBC and left to working in ATV. He worked forecast the weather for the CBC evening news in ATV. He worked as weather forecaster around 50 years, 8 months. He has retired in September 30, 2016.
Peter Coade’s wife was Donna Coade who passed away on 2016. He married in 1962. His wife born on Halifax, Canada. He had four siblings. His father was Vincent Coade and mother was Jessie Coade.
