Popular Punjabi singer and actor Rajvir Jawanda has passed away at the age of 35, nearly 11 days after sustaining critical injuries in a road accident near Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
According to hospital sources, Jawanda had been battling for life at Fortis Hospital, Mohali, where he was admitted with severe brain and spinal injuries following the accident on September 27, 2025. Despite continuous medical support and multiple surgeries, he succumbed to multiple organ failure on Wednesday morning.
Fortis Hospital said, “Punjabi singer Rajvir Jawanda passed away at 10:55 AM on October 8, 2025, at Fortis Hospital, Mohali. He was admitted on September 27, 2025, in an extremely critical condition following a road accident that caused severe spinal injuries and brain damage.”
“Despite extensive medical support and continuous monitoring by the Critical Care and Neurosurgery teams, he succumbed to multiple organ failure this morning.”
