His ashram was located on the banks of the Narmada River. Baba had been unwell for the past 10 days due to pneumonia. He began his spiritual journey at the age of 17 under the guidance of his guru. In 1962, he arrived in Bhattayan, where he meditated under a tree. He also traveled to various sacred pilgrimage sites. Baba used to recite the Ramayana daily and distribute prasad to devotees.

Where was he born?
