Vijay Khare was an Indian director, producer and actor. He worked in Bhojpuri film industry. He was born in Muzaffarpur, Bihar in 1952. He was also a teacher who trained young actors in Vijay Khare Academy, Mumbai. He always supported Bhojpuri films. He passed away on 15 December 2024 at the age of 72. His journey is inspiring for new youth.
His Career in Bhojpuri Film Industry
He worked in Bhojpuri films as an actor, director and producer. He was known for Raeeszada (1976), Ganga Kinare Mora Gaon (1983) and Hamra Se Biyah Karba (2003). His last movie was Ek Rajai Teen Lugai (2017) (as actor).
He was respected for his contribution to regional cinema. He also founded the Vijay Khare Academy in Mumbai where he taught acting to new talents. In 2019, he was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award for his remarkable contributions to Bhojpuri cinema.
He passed away at 72
He passed away on 15 December 2024 at the age of 72. He had been suffering from kidney-related health issues and was undergoing treatment at Kauvery Hospital, Bengaluru. Although his condition improved for a while, it suddenly worsened, and he passed away. His death was a big loss for Bhojpuri cinema.
