On Wednesday night (Oct. 29) in New York City, singer-actress Sabrina Carpenter pulled her longtime friend and former co-star Corey Fogelmanis onto the stage during her concert in a humorous bit where she “arrested” him with pink fuzzy handcuffs — part of her recurring tradition of selecting a fan for being “too hot”.

According to published reports, she scanned the audience, spotted Fogelmanis, 26, asked him if he was single (to which he replied “No” with a cheeky grimace) and then invited him to be her “Juno boy” for the evening, before slipping the handcuffs onto him and proceeding to perform the song “Juno” from her 2024 album Short n’ Sweet.
The moment marked a fun reunion of sorts for the two: Carpenter and Fogelmanis co-starred on the Disney Channel series Girl Meets World (2014-2017), in which Carpenter played Maya Hart and Fogelmanis portrayed Farkle Minkus.
Their on-stage interaction was lighthearted and affectionate; Fogelmanis kissed Carpenter’s hand just before the cuffing, and both seemed to be enjoying the moment.
Carpenter’s on-stage “arrest” gimmick isn’t new — she’s previously singled out other celebrities by playful invitation during her concerts.
