Ghanaian gospel musician Bernice Offei has died at the age of 63 on the morning of Saturday, September 12, 2026. The Ghana News Agency (GNA) also reported her death and confirmed that she was 63.

The news comes only days after Bernice Offei was reported missing in Accra. She was last reportedly seen around the Nyaho-Tamakloe Street area of Agbogba on September 1. Family members, friends and fellow gospel musicians subsequently appealed to the public for information. She was later found safe.
As of the latest reports, the cause of Bernice Offei’s death has not been made public. Ghanaian media reports have also noted that details surrounding her death remain limited.
