Gordon “Kaelin” McIntyre, the former vocalist of Pennsylvania hardcore band CDC, has died in September 2026 and was confirmed by CDC and Years Spent Cold member Years Spent Cold member Kurt Fowles.
McIntyre was best known as the vocalist of CDC, a Pennsylvania-based hardcore band. His time with the group helped establish his place in the hardcore music scene.
He later moved on from CDC, leaving the band in 2006. His contribution to the band’s early years remains an important part of his musical legacy, and fellow musicians have remembered him following his death.
Beyond performing, McIntyre was also involved in the music industry and remained connected to the touring and merchandising side of the scene.
