Southern Oregon PBS wrote on Facebook, “Earlier this week, Former SOPBS Board President and Board Member Emeritus Ron Silverman passed away peacefully, at the age of 92.”
He is survived by his two children, Kathy Leininger and Mark Silverman, three stepchildren, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Born in the United States, Silverman’s career spanned decades, blending creative vision with mentorship in the film and television industry.
